The Journey
My journey in sport began as an athlete and martial artist before evolving into strength & conditioning, athlete monitoring, performance analysis, and system development.
Over the years, I realized that high-performance environments often struggle not because of a lack of expertise, but because information is fragmented across spreadsheets, reports, testing results, wellness questionnaires, and coaching workflows.
This curiosity led me beyond coaching alone. I began designing systems that could centralize information, automate processes, improve reporting, and support better decision-making for coaches, practitioners, and organizations.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of
- Strength & Conditioning
- Athlete Monitoring
- Performance Testing
- Data Analytics
- Performance Reporting
- Workflow Design
- Human Performance Systems
Approach
My approach combines practical coaching experience with performance analytics and system thinking. The goal is simple: create frameworks that help practitioners spend less time managing data and more time making better decisions.
